Aurora, the mythological Roman " Goddess Of The Dawn" is seen as a lovely woman who flies across the sky announcing the arrival of the sun, her tears are the essence of the morning dew. Our Cafe Aurora is an exceptionally sweet but dark Viennese Roast blended coffee that is rich and flavorful. The dark finish gives coffee lovers a taste of Seattle that is so ubiquitous these days in the world of coffee. Hailing from below the equator, our dark roast is a blend dominated with the crispness of 60% Colombian Coffee, blended with El Salvador to round out the coffee with full bodied flavor and a model clean finish characteristic of great Colombians.
