This sweet coffee, grown above 1500 meters and strictly hard bean, is harvested from the trees of the Serrhina Estate in the Mogiana
Mountain area north of Sao Paulo. Our Brazil Highland Estate TM is one of the top coffees found in Brazil and represents some the top 0.5% of the nation’s coffee beans. These mountains are well known to produce well rounded coffees with very good body, aroma, and a natural sweetness not found elsewhere in the world.
The Bourbons are consistent winners of the Cup Of Excellence Competitions held annually in Sao Paulo.
